Deciding to hire a wedding planner is always a big decision, but, when you consider that it can take up to 600 hours to plan a wedding, a wedding planner may be exactly what you need. 
 
 
We offer a variety of services that you can get A La Carte or an entire Platinum Package to take care of everything for you.  And, if you need services that are not listed we can discuss those too.
 
Platinum Package
 
This package includes everything from budget assistance, etiquette, and vendor assistance to making sure your wedding attire is returned when you're ready.  You would meet with Shelly for a free consultation.  This would generally take 1 hour.  You would discuss, in detail, what you want, with pictures if you have them and Shelly would put together a variety of options and answer any questions you may have.  When you are ready, Talk Of The Town would go to work for you.  And, for any unforseen emergencies, I will ALWAYS have an "emergency" kit with me!  All that would be left for you to do is sample the cake and enjoy the champagne!

Weekend Of Package
*minimum of 6 Hours of consultation needed for this.
 
We will work with you to make sure your weekend wedding events are lively, fun and reflect who you are as a couple.  Whether it is a formal dinner on Thursday and golf games throughout the weekend or a backyard Bar-B-Que with volleyball tournaments at the beach for your guests we will help to make it happen, with no extra work for you!  This package also includes the Rehearsal, Wedding, and Reception Direction. 
 
 
Rehearsal, Wedding, and Reception Direction
*minimum of 4 Hours of consultation needed for this.
 
We will be on- site for your rehearsal, wedding day, and reception to guarantee time lines and vendor service.  Emergency kit included!
 
Day-Of Direction
*minimum of 2 hours consultation needed
 
We will be on-site for your ceremony to guarantee time-lines, attendant placement, music and flowers.  Our job is to make sure your wedding runs smooth and you can focus on each other.
 
We will also work with the vendors (location, caterer,music, etc...) to guarantee correct table settings and decor, place cards, table
diagrams, food service, entertainment coordination, floral and cake details.  We will be on-site until the end.  Emergency kit included!
 
Wedding Gown/ Attire Assistance - shopping and returning 
 
We would assist you with questions about attire for your wedding day.  We can also give you tips on how to save money.  Talk Of The Town Events can arrange for your dress to be steamed, delivered and preserved.  We will also help with wedding attendants attire if needed.  diagrams, food service, entertainment coordination, floral and cake details.  We will be on site until the end.  Emergency kit included!
 
Computerized Personalized Wedding Checklist and Time line
 
Checklists for all individuals that are part of your wedding; bride, groom, parents, attendants, and anyone else you need to be involved. This is a detailed list that pertains to you and your wedding only.  
 
 
 
Invitations and Program Assistance
 
This service includes assistance with wording invitations, assembly, addressing, RSVP organization, and program design.
 
 
Bachelor, Bachellorette, Engagement Parties
 
We will work with you to make sure the parties leading up to your special day are just as spectacular!  We will assist with theme parties, transportation, location, food, invitations, decoration.
