We will work with you to make sure your weekend wedding events are lively, fun and reflect who you are as a couple. Whether it is a formal dinner on Thursday and golf games throughout the weekend or a backyard Bar-B-Que with volleyball tournaments at the beach for your guests we will help to make it happen, with no extra work for you! This package also includes the Rehearsal, Wedding, and Reception Direction. Emergency kit included!
Diamond Package
Day-Of Direction
*minimum of 4 hours consultation needed
We will be on-site for your rehearsal, ceremony and reception to guarantee time-lines, attendant placement, music and flowers. Our job is to make sure your wedding runs smooth and you can focus on each other. We will also work with the vendors (location, caterer,music, etc...) to guarantee correct table settings and decor, place cards, table diagrams, food service, entertainment coordination, floral and cake details and assist with final payments to vendors. We will be on-site until the end. Emergency kit included!

Invitation Design and Printing
This service includes total design of all of your stationary needs for your wedding. I will ask you questions about your background, hobbies, style and tastes. You will end up with a completely fresh invitation design that can include Save-the-Dates, Escort Cards, Menus, Favor Containers, Thank You's...anything paper that you will need. Your wedding will have a creative and unique look that is consistent from the very beginning to the very end.
Design Consultation/ Day-Of Decoration Direction
Are you the bride that wants to do everything yourself, but you're not quite sure where to start? This package might be exactly what you need. We would have a meeting where you would tell me exactly what you want your wedding to be. We would go over budget, colors, themes, and every detail that you know you want. I would take your information and design your entire day to be consistent and reflect who you and your fiancé are as a couple. Along with this, if you choose, I would also take care of decorations the day before or the day of your wedding to guarantee everything is as it should be, taking all of that worry away from you.
Wedding Gown/ Attire Assistance - shopping and returning
I would assist you with questions about attire for your wedding day. I can also give you tips on how to save money. Talk Of The Town Events can arrange for your dress to be steamed, delivered and preserved. I will also help with wedding attendants attire if needed.
Computerized Personalized Wedding Checklist and Time line
Checklists for all individuals that are part of your wedding; bride, groom, parents, attendants, and anyone else you need to be involved. This is a detailed list that pertains to you and your wedding only.
Bachelor, Bachellorette, Engagement Parties
I will work with you to make sure the parties leading up to your special day are just as spectacular! I will assist with theme parties, transportation, location, food, invitations, decoration.
This package includes everything from budget assistance, etiquette, and vendor assistance to making sure your wedding attire is returned when you're ready. To get started we would have a free consultation, which would generally take 1 hour. We would discuss, in detail, what you want, with pictures if you have them. I would put together a variety of options and answer any questions you may have. When you are ready, Talk Of The Town would go to work for you. And, for any unforseen emergencies, I will ALWAYS have an "emergency" kit with me! All that would be left for you to do is sample the cake and enjoy the champagne!
